The problem

Your repair network is still calling.

Claims arrive three ways today. None of them are structured, and none of them tell the shop where things stand.

No. 1

On hold to open it, on hold to check it

Service advisors wait on the phone to start a claim, then call again to ask where it stands.

No. 2

Evidence scattered across inboxes

Repair orders and photos arrive by fax and email, and your adjusters retype them by hand.

No. 3

No one outside can see the status

Where a claim stands lives inside your claims system, where the shop can never see it.

How it works

Three steps.
No phone calls.

The whole round trip — service drive to adjuster and back — runs on one board. Your claims system never leaves the picture.

Step 1

The shop submits

A structured claim with the repair order and failure photos, from any browser in the service drive. No call, no fax.

Step 2

Your adjuster works it

It lands in a queue, gets keyed into your claims system, and everything said about it stays on one thread.

Step 3

The outcome comes back

One claim number pulls the decision, the amounts and the payment instructions back to the shop.

What ClaimBridge does

Structured in.
Adjudicated out.

Your adjusters keep deciding claims where they do today. ClaimBridge handles everything around the decision.

No. 1 · Intake

Structured intake

Nobody has to ask

The moment a claim moves, the people waiting on it hear about it. Each person picks how: in the app, by email, or by text. Nobody has to call the desk to find out where a claim stands.

Questions

Open the rumble seat.

The things administrators ask before they put a repair network on something new.

Do we have to replace our claims system?
No. ClaimBridge sits in front of it. Your adjusters keep adjudicating where they do today, and the outcome flows back to the shop through ClaimBridge.
How does the outcome get back to the shop?
Your adjuster enters the claim number from your system. ClaimBridge pulls in the decision, the approved amounts and the payment instructions, and shows them on the claim the shop is already watching.
What if our claims system has no API?
Then the link is manual, and that is fine. The adjuster keys the claim number in once and ClaimBridge holds everything around it. When you are ready for an integration, the same episode-to-claim relationship is already in place.
Do repair facilities need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, so any computer in the service drive works, and technicians can add it to a phone or tablet in the bay.
Can our repair network tell it is not ours?
They will not. Your logo, your colors and your own address on every page and every notification. White labeling is standard, not an upgrade.
How long does it take to get running?
Your contract and coverage data drives the intake, so most of the work is mapping that once. Pilot with a handful of shops first, then open it to the rest of the network.

Early access

They don’t build them like they used to.

We do.

Your claims system stays. We sit in front of it. Join the waitlist and we will write once, when early access opens.
